Service Description
I offer compassionate doula services designed to support you through your entire journey to parenthood. Our package includes an initial consultation, a prenatal visit around 36 weeks, continuous labor support, and unlimited conversation via text, call, or email from hire through four weeks postpartum. We are on call 24/7 between 38-42 weeks to ensure you receive the care you need, with no additional fees or time limits. Empower your birth experience with our holistic approach and dedicated support. Includes: Initial Consultation -Continuous support throughout labor and postpartum recovery. No time limitations or extra fees -(1) prenatal visit (at or around 36 weeks) -Birth planning workbook and template -From time of hire through 4 weeks postpartum, unlimited talk, text and email, support -On call and available 24/7 between 38-42 weeks with unlimited email, phone, text support -(1) postpartum wellness visit within the first two weeks after birth -Informational resources on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding Plus: -Childbirth Education class in your home and private for family -Comfort measure class also to include doula bag preview and walkthrough PLUS: 4th Trimester care is centered around mothering the mother. You are there for your baby, your doula is there for you. I am there to care for you, help you heal, become restored so you can better care for your baby and family. I offer a free consultation to get to know each other. We can chat on the phone, zoom, or meet up at a local coffee shop…don’t forget your interview questions! Here is a good place to start. -Light housekeeping -Laundry and dishes -Sibling care -Light meal prep -Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support -Newborn care -General postpartum health -Referrals and evidenced based information -Encouragement and support as mom processes her birth experience, addressing concerns/worries, making sure mom is thriving in transition, all around making sure mom is okay. -And my personal favorite-BABY SNUGGLES, these can be given at any time! Need a shower? Need rest? Need alone time? Need time with your partner or other children to reconnect? I am here for the snuggles.
Cancellation Policy
Birth Services Policy At Ellie Ann Birth Services, my goal is to provide steady, reliable support so you can feel confident and cared for throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. To make sure expectations are clear and stress-free, here’s what you can count on when working with me: On-Call Support I’ll be on call for you 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until your baby makes their arrival. That means I’m ready to join you whenever labor begins. Communication For everyday questions, you’re welcome to reach out by text or email during regular hours (9am–7pm). When you’re in your birthing window—or if something urgent comes up—you can always call or text right away. Backup Support Life can be unpredictable, but you will never be left without care. If I’m unable to attend your birth due to illness or emergency, a trusted backup doula will step in so that you always have continuous support. Payments A non-refundable retainer secures your spot on my calendar and covers preparation and resources I provide before birth. The remaining balance is due by 38 weeks so that we can move into your on-call period with everything in place. Cancellations If you need to cancel services before 38 weeks, partial refunds may be available (minus the retainer and any services already provided). Once labor has begun, the full fee is considered earned. Scope of Practice As a doula, I do not provide medical care, diagnoses, or perform clinical tasks. My role is to support you emotionally, physically, and with evidence-based education—so that you feel steady, informed, and empowered at every step. Your Role To make sure you get the most from our time together, I ask that you share your birth preferences with me, keep me updated on any changes in provider or location, and let me know right away when labor begins.
